Graham's main research interests are in the area of risk and the social control of new technologies, focusing on the development and regulation of medicinal products. Since joining SATSU in 2001, his interests have concentrated on the regulatory, social, and ethical aspects of pharmacogenetics and related gene-based therapeutic models. A related interest is the analysis of biobanking practices, with an emphasis on social and regulatory issues.
