Mental health and sentencing

Held by the Sentencing Academy, in conjunction with the University of York, this talk will feature presentations from three experts on current issues relating to mental health at sentencing:

• Dr Ailbhe O'Loughlin, a Senior Lecturer from our own York Law School
• Sandra Drysdale, a Senior Probation Officer from the North East Probation Service
• Dr Christopher Ince, a Consultant Psychiatrist from Northumberland, Tyne and Wear Foundation Trust
