Global Food Security and Sustainable Nutrition Seminar
For the next International Development Network event we are delighted to welcome Prof. Tony Heron (Department of Politics), who is leading the Network's Global Food Security and Sustainable Nutrition theme. Tony will be introducing some of the work he will be undertaking as part of the brand new 3.3 million pound IKnowFood Research Programme. Opportunity for PhD Students and early career researchers working on development issues
RiDNet is hosting a conference at the University of Leeds on 27th January 2017 and is encouraging PhD students and early career researchers working on development to submit abstracts reflecting on their experiences of conducting research within and related to (1) different contexts; (2) other disciplines; and (3) self. To take part, researchers are required to email a 300 word (maximum) abstract to ridnet@leeds.ac.uk by the 2nd of December, 2016. York Festival of Ideas 2017
The York Festival of Ideas will return from 6 to 18 June 2017 with a theme of The Story of Things. The IDN team are looking at how the IDN can support the Festival.
