No more Heroes? Using the History of Science in the Classroom

This session will be led by Dr Sabine Clarke, a lecturer in modern history with a background in science teaching and will seek to move beyond the use of history to present learners with heroic 'eureka' moments in science and consider alternative ways to deploy history to foster engagement and understanding.
