Event details

We will share highlights from recent research on childbirth, including anonymised real-world examples, to show how decisions are made about birth between midwives, women and their birth partners. You are invited to share your own experiences of labour and birth and antenatal preparation through activities such online polls and through discussions with other participants. Together, we will explore how these insights and your own experiences could improve antenatal education classes.

Please note that this event will include discussions of childbirth and may touch on sensitive topics that some participants might find upsetting. For this reason, we would not encourage children to attend the event. We strive to create a supportive environment for open dialogue while respecting individual experiences and emotions.
