What I do

I am an lawyer specializing in information technology contract negotiation. I draft, review, revise, analyse and negotiate IT product and service contracts, requests for proposals, statements of work and other terms and conditions for corporate and government customers.

Skills I use and how I developed them

Analysis, legal drafting, problem solving, communication. Developed through my legal education and work experience.

What I like most

Linking my legal analysis to the business I am working in to produce a creative solution that helps my company and customers.

What I like least

Deadlines can be tight. "Red tape" of large companies can be frustrating.

What surprised me most

How much legal risk can be taken in particular areas to aid profit and business growth.
