Started working in the industry straight from university
My career goals when I graduated
To work my way up in TV going down the Production route.
My career history
During University, I undertook work experience placements and runner work. As soon as I graduated, I was offered my first job as a Production Secretary, and I progressed from there working on Factual TV, and also in VFX, working my way up to Production Coordinator before taking my role in the BBC Academy.
What I do
I'm currently a coordinator at the BBC Academy, looking after a portfolio of training courses and helping with some of the schemes and events that the BBC Academy run. Previously, I worked in TV as a Production Coordinator, specialising in Factual Entertainment programmes.
