Be committed. once you have made the decision to accept a job offer, make the most of it. No employer wants someone who is only there half heartedly.

What I do
As the "Group CSR Manager" for Colt Technology I have a global remit to lead and develop our Corporate Social Responsibility, this covers everything from the role we play in the local community, to measuring our impact we have on the environment as well as our partnerships with charity organisations.
I also created the first ever Graduate Scheme at Colt Technology Services welcoming 34 new starters in London and Paris in 2016.
