They empower UK education in China
What do you do?
Run a environmental education project from Beijing with international schools, supported by Eden Project International. I design curriculum and teach students in a tutoring centre.
Reflecting upon your past employment and education, what led you to your current career choice?
Doing a CELTA, understanding more about China, surveying good companies to work for
Is your current job sector different from what you thought you would enter when you graduated?
Yes and no, my first job was in teaching, I then switched to running programs and facilitate business operations in China, before heading back into teaching.
Describe your most memorable day at work
Running a one-day field trip for a school of 80+ students that i'd designed.
Are there any challenges associated with your job?
Getting a working visa in China was a challenge at first, renewing it is not such a problem.
