CDC Group is the UKs Development Finance Institution (DFI)
What do you do?
I manage environment and social risks in a diverse equity portfolio which has investments in sub-Saharan Africa and south Asia.
Reflecting upon your past employment and education, what led you to your current career choice?
I have a passion for international development and the role of private sector finance and how to bring about improvements in environmental and social outcomes in developing countries

I love the international development mandate of CDC. I feel like I work for an institution with a clear social purpose.

What top tips do you have for York students preparing for today’s job market and life after graduation?
