Briefly describe the organisation you work for
Small university with many competent experts in education
What do you do?
I give courses, am a teacher trainer and also work as a mentor. Mentoring means visiting future teachers in real classroom settings.
Reflecting upon your past employment and education, what led you to your current career choice?
I was initially trained as a primary school teacher and then studied multilingual communication.
Is your current job sector different from what you thought you would enter when you graduated?
I was perfectly prepared for my job with the MA!

What extracurricular activities did you undertake at university and what transferable skills did you develop through these?
I was a distant learner, so I did not undertake any extracurricular activities at uni.
