Skills I use and how I developed them
First class honours in my degree, extensive overseas travel and an internship with Deloitte.
Degree skills:
Most importantly, the ability to think strategically and thematically. I have employed my skills in sifting through masses of detail to pick out the clear and over-riding themes.
Extracurricular skills:
Leadership. My job looks specifically to develop me as a future senior leader. As such, the leadership capabilities that I nurtured on the sportsfield and in the JCRC have been absolutely crucial.
