What I do
This job is mainly about providing an administration service to the faculty in the Economics & Management School of Tsinghua University. The working language will be mostly in English. The faculty is made up by small percentage of foreign teachers, majority of overseas returned teachers and some local staff. My job is assisting the Dean in personnel management reform which has taken place recently.
Skills I use and how I developed them
I had previous work experience in HR.
What I like most
I enjoy a peaceful environment and reputable working team.
What I like least
The management system in this school is still quite old, it will take long time to change.
