I was referred by my friend. I applied for my current role with my resume, and I had a face-to-face interview with the line manager.

My career history

Since I graduated I have been working as a HR in a financial company.

My advice to students considering work

To develop a career in financial or accounting industry, students should take relevant examination such as CFA and ACCA to strengthen their competitiveness.

What I do

As a HR, I have to manage and review the remuneration of employees, and work on their training and development.

Skills I use and how I developed them



Degree skills:
I am able to use my financial knowledge gained from my Master's course to manage employee remuneration.
