What do you do?
I'm a field producer based in the company's London bureau, traveling to cover stories across Europe, the Middle East and Africa

What extracurricular activities did you undertake at university and what transferable skills did you develop through these?
I had a taste of journalism at YSTV, Nouse, the Yorker and York Hospital Radio. All helped develop my writing, editing and presentation skills
What top tips do you have for York students preparing for today’s job market and life after graduation?
Get involved in societies, volunteer and/or get experience in a workplace. You'll find out what you enjoy doing and where your talents lie
