My career goals when I graduated
I wanted to obtain a role in the legal services market and become part of a well regarded profession.

I am currently completing the ACL Costs Lawyers course.
Where I hope to be in 5 years
I hope to be a fully qualified Costs Lawyer, completing high value bills, conducting litigation and advocacy regularly.
My advice about working in my industry
Always be reading around the subject to keep yourself up to date with recent decisions and developments.
What I do
I am a Trainee Costs Lawyer. I work in the recovery of legal costs between Solicitors.
What I like most
It provides regular legal problems and challenges.
What surprised me most
That there is a whole area of law which is often neglected by undergraduate law courses. It is an important area of law as it is the source of income for all legal professionals.
