Professor Karen Bloor is Professor of Health Economics and Policy in the Health Sciences Department and the research team lead for the Health Services and Policy Research Group at York. She is also the University of York Research Champion for Health and Wellbeing. Karen is a member of the Global Challenges Research Fund Steering Group.
Karen’s research interests are in medical labour markets, reimbursement of health professionals, medical practice variations, and child health.
