Dr Chris West is a Senior Research Fellow at the York Centre of the Stockholm Environment Institute and leads SEI York's Sustainable Consumption and Production group.
Chris has a multidisciplinary background encompassing environmental science, ecology, mathematics and economics, is co-leader of SEI’s Rethinking Development Theme, , and he sits on the Steering Group of SEI’s Producer to Consumer Sustainability Initiative.

Work within the Resilient Supply Chains theme aims to adapt food supply systems to deliver better resilience while improving nutrition, reducing environmental impacts and sustaining economies fairly.
