10. Deposit of work post-examination
All work considered as part of the final examination of a PGR on a PGR programme by practice must be deposited in White Rose e-Theses Online (WREO) as a permanent, accessible and retrievable record.
This means that:
- written work should be deposited as usual. Where a thesis is required or permitted, this should conform to the same formatting expectations as a standard thesis deposit
- digital work should be deposited with reference to the guidance on appropriate file formats
- 2D/3D works should be deposited as high quality photographs and descriptions (with reference to the guidance on appropriate file formats)
- ephemeral works should be deposited as high quality audio-visual digital recordings (with reference to the guidance on appropriate file formats).
