Dr Zoe Baker
Zoe is a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Education. Her research explores care-experienced graduates’ transitions out of higher education, and into the labour market and postgraduate study.

Dr Gill Francis
Gill is a Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellow in the Department of Education. Her research focuses on play and development in neurodiverse individuals and typically developing children.

Dr Chris MacDonald
Chris is a Senior Lecturer and Sir Henry Dale Fellow with the Wellcome Trust, held in the Department of Biology. His research uses yeast to discover and define surface protein trafficking mechanisms.

Dr Alison Nairn has returned to research after 15 years as a secondary school teacher. She currently holds a Daphne Jackson Trust Fellowship in the Department of Chemistry.
