The University of York 3MT 2013 final took place on 18 June 2013.

Ten research students had just three minutes each to communicate the impact of their research to an audience made up of school pupils, teachers, members of the general public and industry.

Frank Soboczenski Bob went on to compete in the national 3MT competition, where he triumped, taking home the prize for York.
