Club of PEP
The Club of PEP is the student society associated with the School of PPE; it is entirely student run and independent from the University. They put on social events, including their famous 12-Hour Charity Spring Ball, as well as their own Freshers’ Week. The club also works alongside the department to bring alumni and industry figures to York to speak to and advise students.
Plus, they support the student experience by providing and lobbying for academic support, including Peer-Assisted Learning schemes for first year students. Finally, their annual trip heads to a different location each January, with their most recent excursions being to Athens, Brussels, Barcelona and Vienna.
Any student at the School can get involved with and help shape the Club of PEP community.
The Club supports all students studying at the School of PPE and enables them to get the most from their degree socially and academically. Check out events, announcements and merch sales on the Club’s Facebook and Instagram (@clubofpep), or listen to their podcasts to hear directly from their committee.
