International Studies
Producing leading, innovative research, our cluster addresses some of the most significant historical and contemporary questions in international politics across a wide variety of regions. Our expertise spans the globe, including Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
We work across a diverse range of issues and regions including: fragile states, ethnic conflict, nuclear arms policy, counter-terrorism, political activism and social movements, international trade, global health, and migrants’ rights.
We have particular strengths in research into terrorism, conflict, peace and security, migration, development, global governance and human rights.
