Dr Simon Parker is co-investigator on the three year project “The new European Economics Area (EEA) Public Services Research Clinic” (ESRC), which constitutes a nation-wide hub for the analysis of the Brexit transition on EEA nationals’ rights.
With the UK set to leave the European Union, questions abound over the post-Brexit transitional phase on EEA nationals resident in the UK. This project looks at questions of law in action: how will any legislative position as to EEA nationals’ rights on paper actually play out in practice?
