Critical Constructivist Analysis of the Russian Strategic Culture and Strategic Weapons
I am exploring the relationship between Russian strategic culture and its strategic weapons from a critical constructivist standpoint. This will include questioning the underlying assumptions behind Russian conceptualisation of the self and the external actors, as well as the tools at its disposal for effecting change and engaging with the outside world. The role played by strategic nuclear and non-nuclear weapons will be especially instrumental in conducting my research.
