How veterans' moral injury has led to political engagement

Sara de Jong has a new blog post How veterans' moral injury has led to political engagement out on The British Academy.
This blog looks at how perceptions of ethics, justice, migration policies & war economies have impacted Afghanistan veterans' political views.
Later this week, on 12-13 July, Sara's exhibition with photographer Andy Barnham, Armed with Words: Interpreting the War in Afghanistan (2001-2021) will be shown as part of the British Academy Summer Showcase 2024. Tickets are free.
The exhibition will be in the beautiful Music Room at the British Academy, 10-11 Carlton House Terrace London SW1Y 5AH.
