York Politics Society welcomes Activist Stuart Ross to speak about the Christmas Island nuclear tests for their first external event of 2022.
Many servicemen and islanders who were present at Christmas Island from 1957-1962 later reported severe and hereditary health problems which they attributed to the tests.
Stuart shares a close personal connection with the event and is a passionate supporter of the nuclear veterans medal campaign.
Come along on the 27th to hear his moving story.
