Janina Dill is a Departmental Lecturer at the University of Oxford. Previously, she was the Hedley Bull Fellow at Merton College and a Junior Research Fellow at Oxford’s Centre for Socio Legal Studies. Janina is an Associate Director of the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict (ELAC) and the Deputy Director of the Oxford Changing Character of War Programme (CCW).
