The University also benefits from a Mental Health First Contact Network. Staff who are part of the network are trained to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and can guide you in finding suitable support services.

The University of York has an Open Door Team. The Open Door is a confidential team of professionals that provide support to registered students experiencing psychological or mental health difficulties.
