All of the talks at this year's meeting will be delivered via Zoom.
Registered participants will be sent the Zoom link for the meeting via e-mail. If you have not received joining instructions by Friday 3 September, please contact Jenni Lucas.
Participants will be required to connect to Zoom using the same e-mail address as the one provided during the registration process. Please also ensure that your display name in Zoom is your full name in Roman characters for ease of identification.
The meeting will operate as a Zoom meeting rather than as a Zoom webinar, meaning that the chat function will be enabled and participants will be able to raise their hand to ask questions after each presentation and in the discussion settings.
Each session has been allocated a Chair and the Chair will be responsible for moderating each Q&A and discussion session.
Please can speakers send a copy of their presentation slides to the Chair of their session no less than 24 hours before their presentation is scheduled to take place.
Posters should be submitted via the poster submission page in accordance with the formatting requirements and instructions. Please ensure you submit your poster by Thursday 2 September 2021.
Poster sessions will be conducted using a video-chat platform called Gather Town. A link and password for our Gather Town space will be circulated a week before the meeting. As for the Zoom meeting, please connect to Gather Town using the same e-mail address as the one provided during the registration process and ensure that your display name is your full name in Roman characters for ease of identification. We recommend accessing Gather Town via Chrome on a laptop or desktop computer for optimal stability and functionality.
Copies of the posters will be available via a password-protected web page for participants to download for reference purposes ahead of the poster sessions. Details of the username and password for this secure page will be circulated via e-mail the week before the meeting.
If you have not received the Gather Town or poster area details by Friday 3 September, please contact Jenni Lucas.
