The dinner will be held at the Double Tree by Hilton in York, in their Orangery. There will be a drinks reception at 7:00pm, this will be followed by a three course meal plus coffee and mince pies at approximately 7:45pm. The dinner will be a great opportunity for delegates to continue conversations from earlier in the day or to relax and enjoy each others company.

Main Roast crown of turkey, cranberry & chestnut stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolata, roast potato. Grilled cod fillet, creamy mashed potato, caper & sage brown butter. Sweet potato, mushroom & spinach galette, roast potatoes, roasted garlic & tarragon dressing. Confit local duck leg, creamy mashed potato, cherry & dark chocolate jus. |
Dessert Traditional Christmas pudding, brandy sauce, mulled berry compote. Mocha crème brûlée, shortbread biscuit. Salted caramel Martini mousse. Fruit cake & Wensleydale cheese. |
Coffee & Yorkshire Tea with mince pies. |
