Biography
I have been a member of the Department of Philosophy at York since 2021, having worked on a number of research projects at the Department since 2019. I completed my PhD at the University of York in 2017 after completing my MA here.

Research
Overview
My research has primarily been in the philosophy of mind, with a particular interest in memory and self-knowledge, and a focus on traumatic intrusion. I’m also interested in dreams and cognitive biases. I have worked on a number of projects around the topic of complex trauma and other topics including corporate decision-making.

Collaborators
Outside of the Department, I engage with several philosophers of memory globally through the Philosophy of Memory Organization, and have an ongoing collaboration with a member of staff at St. Paul’s University in Canada.
Supervision
I am interested in supervising students working in philosophy of mind, especially memory and self-knowledge, those working in social/political epistemology, and on trauma.
