  • Ensure the efficient and effective provision of high-quality administrative support services, enhancing both student and staff experiences throughout the academic cycle.

  • Responsible for the strategic development and operational oversight of the Philosophy Student Services Team, leading, managing, and supporting the team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to service delivery.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for teaching and learning, fostering productive relationships with various university services related to student affairs, learning, and teaching.

  • Oversee departmental welfare initiatives and track student progress to ensure a supportive educational environment.

  • Drive the strategic development of student services operations, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements, while overseeing the development and maintenance of student-facing policies and processes to ensure they are current and effectively implemented.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to staff and students on institutional, faculty, and local regulatory frameworks.

  • Oversee the planning of teaching timetables to meet academic and operational needs, including building and updating the Workload module for academics as required.
