Philosophy MA Conference

The Philosophy MA students are putting on a 3 day conference from Wednesday 25 May to Friday 27 May, 9 am - 5 pm, as part of their degree programme. Philosophy students and staff are welcome to attend all or part of the conference. Topics to be discussed include:
- Can Machines be Creative?
- Solidarity in the Original Position
- On the Queerness of Numbers
- Presentism with Modal Realism
- How can we explain auditory awareness of space in hearing?
- Contractualism and Moral Luck
- Aristotle's concept of sleep in the Parva Naturalia
