Dr Mathilde Peron
Mathilde Peron's research focuses on the demand for health insurance, the impact of health insurance on health care use and equity in health care financing. She has also contributed to the economic evaluation of drugs and diagnostic devices for the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE).
She has published an article in Health Economics: "Does health insurance encourage the rise in prices? A test on balance billing in France", with Brigitte Dormont. Health Economics, vol. 25, issue 9, September 2016
