Event details

Tropical cloud forests are unique ecosystems: tree leaves collect water from passing clouds, making the whole ecosystem more humid. Indigenous peoples benefit from this water and from other forest products, but they also look after them. Meet researchers from the University of York’s Department of Environment and Geography and find out more about this amazing ecosystem. Be sure to look out for children’s colouring activities and a short film.
