Athanasios Kokkinakis

 "I am currently doing my PhD at the University of York as part of the IGGI programme (Intelligent Games Game Intelligence, funded by the EPSRC). I have a BSc in Psychology (Bangor University) and an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience (University of York). My main focus is how Visuospatial Working Memory and gIQ influence performance in popular videogames and how that changes as we age. Another interest is 'Rank Anxiety', which is how stressed we become when we play games that influence our official high scores."
