Paul Tobin

Dr Paul Tobin is a Leverhulme Research Fellow at the University of York, where he researches the impact of austerity on European environmental policy. The project is funded by the Leverhulme Trust, and led by Dr Charlotte Burns. Paul has presented research in over ten countries and has been a visiting academic in Sweden and Belgium. In addition to his research, Paul is a multi-award-winning seminar tutor.
