We are ecologists who use a “citizen science” approach to research. This involves working with members of the public to answer scientific questions about the natural environment. You will have a chance to explore the types of citizen science projects you can get involved in, from surveys of lichens to explore levels of air pollution, to helping to map the distribution of pests and diseases of trees across the UK.
