Tom Dugmore has a PhD from the Green Chemistry Centre of Excellence at the University of York where he now works, assisting local businesses in finding uses for food waste.

“I have worked in a pub/restaurant and in waste management industries, which have allowed me to indulge my foodie side at work! At YorNight I will be discussing why the by-products from the food supply chain known as ‘waste’ are actually our newest and most versatile resource.”
