Dr Emily Brunsden is a passionate Astronomer in the Department of Physics at the University of York.

“I specialise in the study of wibbly wobbly stars with surface pulsations. I also enjoy playing with the bigger questions about the universe. Why do galaxies collide but not stars? Where did that atom on the tip of your nose come from? What shape is the Universe anyway?”
