Zoe Rawson has worked in research and market intelligence for more than 10 years, in particular in marketing evaluation. Zoe joined the Yorkshire Tourist Board in 2006 as their Research Manager, overseeing the collection and broadcasting of regional tourism trends to the industry and running custom-made research projects for a variety of tourism businesses across Yorkshire.
“In 2009 I came to Visit York and continue to monitor tourism trends, supply and demand and visitor behaviour and satisfaction, but now with a York focus. I share all of the market intelligence that I collect with Visit York and their 700 members and partners across the city, to help plan marketing and PR campaigns and product development with the visitor in mind, so that York continues to be a world class visitor destination.”
