Savan Vachani

Savan Vachhani is a first year PhD student in Department of Computer Science at the University of York.

“During my undergraduate studies I took a seven-week long research internship to experience this career. I really enjoyed my time working here. At the end of my first degree I had similar short-term experience of working in a company, entrepreneurship, and other prospective careers. I ended up choosing a research career as it appeared most fun, and fulfilling. I am working on a modification that can be made on a computer processor to make it more efficient.”
