Watch again - Stressed out? Stress, work stress and physical symptoms Recorded on 13 February 2020
Event details
The Hull York Medical School Open Lecture
Work stress is commonplace and can often influence both our performance and the way in which we interact with colleagues, friends and family. Although some people are familiar with the impact that stress can have on their mental state and well-being, not everyone is aware that stress starts in the body as a physical reaction, which works its way into our emotions, thoughts, reactions and, ultimately, our lives.
