Sue Jefferson will present how to change attitudes and behaviours, portraying Circular Malton as an example of a town adopting circular economy principles. She will share what has worked, what were the barriers faced and what is the plan ahead. Sue will convey how to initiate broad community engagement in environmental change and how to unlock business managers’ mindsets to make environmental change a priority for their competitive advantage.

This masterclass series on Circular Economy is a collaboration between the University of York Management School and the Local Enterprise Partnership.
