Snake oil or substance? The rise and rise of management consultancy Masterclass Guest Lecture by Calvert Markham
Event details
Revenue in the consulting sector continues to grow year on year, yet many commentators remain sceptical about the value that management consultants bring. For example, the press leaped avidly on an academic study at the start of 2018 that purportedly showed a negative correlation between business performance and the use of management consultants in the NHS.
Calvert Markham will reflect on what makes for excellence in consultancy, and the challenges confronting individuals and the industry as a whole in achieving this in today’s environment.
