The Revoicing Workshop took place in November, and we had great attendance from a range of early career to established scholars and practitioners, all exploring different ways of 'revoicing' the medieval past. Attendees shared research and projects in progress, with reflections on the ethical stakes of giving voice to people of the past; to the linguistic and aesthetic potential of using medieval forms and language in contemporary writing; and to creating a varied, strange, and multi-faceted medieval world for new audiences. Thanks to the generosity of CMODs, we were able to cover the travel for attendees and provide lunch.
