Profile

Career

In October 2024, I joined the Department of Mathematics at the University of York as a UKRI
Guarantee Postdoctoral Fellow, with my research funded by EPSRC-UKRI as part of the prestigious
Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship. I obtained my PhD from the University of Dschang in December
2021, under the supervision of Professors Tachim Medjo Theodore and Gabriel Deugoue. Prior to
joining the University of York, I held a postdoctoral position at North-West University, Potchefstroom,
South Africa, from January 2023 to September 2024. In addition, some of my research work obtained
at North-West University is available via the following link, which leads to a complete list of my
publications online: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6060-5664.

Research

Overview

My project SNSCHEs: Mathematical analysis of binary fluid
mixtures project, funded by EPSRC (EP/Z533580/1), seeks to develop a stronger mathematical
foundation for diffuse interfaces models. This will improve the understanding of the dynamics of
binary fluid mixtures, particularly Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids, when subject to random
environmental effects.

Research group(s)

Stochastic Analysis Research Group, the Mathematical Physics and Biological Fluid Dynamics Research Group.
