Join us on an unforgettable journey in the company of Chaucer’s pilgrims. In The Canterbury Tales Geoffrey Chaucer introduces us to a motley group of characters who, both collectively and individually, offer us a fascinating glimpse of the medieval world to which they belong. Beginning with The General Prologue, we shall look at The Knight’s Tale, The Wife of Bath’s Prologue and Tale and The Miller’s Tale. Reference will be to the Middle English text but modern translations may also be used.
