On this illustrated course we shall look at the rich and varied history of All Saints’ Church, Kirby Underdale. We shall meet some of the people, clerical and lay, who have been associated with the church. In particular, we shall look at the life and work of the Second Viscount Halifax who, with Cardinal Mercier, is represented in a stained glass window commemorating the Malines Conversations which continue to explore a closer working relationship between the Anglican Church and Rome.
